The term ‘Eden Beauty’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Eden at South Lake, South Lake Leisure Centre, 1 Lake Road, Craigavon,. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Booking Terms & Conditions

It is important that you arrive at The Health & Wellbeing Suites reception 10mins prior (for single bookings) or 15 mins prior (for couples and group bookings) to your appointment time in order to complete consultation and get changed, otherwise treatment times may have to be altered in order for us to stay on schedule.  

Arriving late for your appointment:

We will always try our best to accommodate if you are running late for your appointment, however this is not always possible without impacting on other appointments. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to cut your treatment short. Where this is not possible, we may need to reschedule all or part of your booking, and in this instance, our late cancellation charges of 100% per treatment will apply.  

If your treatment is eligible for the use of the spa facilities, please be advised that it is for a maximum of 60 mins, and you are responsible for bringing your own swimwear.  We will provide a robe, towel, and a pair of disposable slippers (these are only to be worn in dry areas, not for use in wet areas).

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. If under 24 hours’ notice is given or “no show” arises an invoice will be sent to recover 100% of the treatment(s) cost.

All tinting treatments require a patch test a minimum of 24 hours before being carried out and repeated every 6 months.  Treatments will not be carried out if this is not completed.  If you are pregnant or suffer from any medical conditions that may contra-indicate your treatment, please contact a member of our team before booking to ensure suitability.

Gift Vouchers – All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, please do not request a date extension as refusal often offends. 

Card Capture -Per our policy, we require an active card to be held on account. No fee will be taken at the time of booking. For all bookings that exceed the value of £50, please note that 50% of the total treatment amount will be taken 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

If a situation arises where payment fails due to insufficient funds, we have a 24-hour period of grace where this will be attempted again. If payment fails due to insufficient funds on the second try 24 hours after the initial attempt, the booking will be cancelled.

If you need to cancel, adjust or move your booking, we will require 24 hours’ notice to do so, otherwise a charge of 50% will be incurred to cover costs. This will result in the loss of any pre-payment made for said booking.  If a no-show arises, 100% of the treatment cost will be chargeable.    In the event this is not paid in a reasonable amount of time we may consult a payment recovery firm to start legal proceedings.

These charges apply per treatment, and so include cancelling, amending or rescheduling part of a booking (for example, booking a full leg and bikini wax but only want the full leg wax, the bikini wax would still be chargeable. 

NO FEE WILL BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

In accordance with our cancellation policy: if there is less than 24 hours’ notice given, 50% of the booking total is chargeable. If a no show arises, 100% of the booking total is chargeable and any remaining amount will be taken from your payment method, or an invoice or payment link sent to recover this.  In the event this is not paid in a reasonable amount of time we may consult a payment recovery firm to start legal proceedings.
